The Depth of your Knowledge of God

One word found frequently in Scripture is the word ‘Revelation” which means to make known or to reveal. God has given us a revelation of Himself because He does want to be known. If you say you have knowledge of God, how deep is that knowledge. Join us as we continue in the Book of Hebrews as we look at what constitutes having a deep knowledge of God.

The True Vine

Jesus reassured his disciples that when he returns from where they could not follow, “In that day, you will know that I am in the Father, and you are in me and I in you.” He then began to share with his disciples the allegorical parable of the True Vine. In John 15:1-8 we discover that apart from a vital relationship with Jesus we can do nothing, but in Christ, we can know the wonderful reality that we have been created to do good works.

Consider Christ

As we enter into the twelfth chapter of the book of Hebrews, we are given keys to help us avoid collapsing. The third key that we come to in verse three, is to consider what happened to Christ when He was in the world. The world’s treatment of Him goes far beyond anything that we might experience ourselves. Join us as we consider the world’s response to Christ.
